The Conservatives are promising to push for a referendum on what most people agree is the European Constitution in all but name.
ReferendumList.org has decided to canvas all British MPs and other relevent representatives to find out if they will campaign for a referendum for the British people and, should a referendum be granted, whether they will campaign for a "yes" or a "no" vote.
The replies will be published on ReferendumList.org; if a representative does not reply, it will be assumed that they are not in favour of a referendum and that they are in favour of Parliamentary ratification.

Gawain Towler works for the Independence/Democracy Group in the European Parliament as a press officer. Before that he was a freelance journalist and a founding editor of The Sprout, a Brussels based investigative/satirical magazine.
